The things owners ask first.

• Will callers know it is not a person?−

  Most do not. It answers in under a second, interrupts naturally, and hands off to you the moment someone asks for a human. It never claims to be a person if asked directly.

• Do I have to change my phone number?+

  No. You forward your existing number. Turn Talknology off and your phone rings exactly as it did before.

• What happens if it does not know the answer?+

  It says so, takes a message, and texts you straight away. It never invents a price or an opening time.

• How long does setup actually take?+

  About a day end to day. The part that needs you — services, prices, barbers, hours — takes roughly fifteen minutes.

• What does it cost?+

  From $99 a month for a single chair, $199 for a shop up to ten chairs. Most six-chair shops cover the cost within the first fortnight.
